Art-A-Whirl® is MAY 17-19 in Northeast Minneapolis.
Peter has new drawings and prints on display.
Solvei has new photos in hand painted frames, plus three images from her new lino block print series.
We carry a variety of archival prints, mini prints, and notecards, too.
Our studio mate, Kevin Komadina, recently finished his “Old Las Vegas” series, so his new oil paintings are on display.
Friday and Sunday are a bit lighter traffic-wise. If you love crowds, then come Saturday.
Lots of activities going on. Open artist studios, music, demos, food trucks…
We have a place to sit for the weary, as well as snacks and beverages.
Art-A-Whirl® is an open studio tour in Northeast Minneapolis sponsored by NEMAA.
It’s a great opportunity to tour private artist studios and galleries, connect with the artists, and purchase original artwork.
Over the last 24 years, it has become the largest open studio tour in the country.
Art-A-Whirl® takes place annually throughout Northeast Minneapolis, the third weekend of May.
This event is free and open to the public.
