Dancing Star Linocut
This is an original linocut print that I printed from two 6” x 6” linoleum blocks.
I hand-carved the star on one block and the background on the other.
I inked and pressed the star first, and, after it dried, I inked and pressed the background.
Materials:
6×6-inch grey linoleum, Legion Stonehenge 90 lb. (250gsm) paper, Caligo Safe Wash Relief Printing Ink Process Colors, Ternes-Burton Registration tabs and pins.
