We are open for visitors on Saturdays 12-4 pm and on First Thursdays 5-9 pm.

We are also open by appointment on Tuesdays and Thursdays 12-4 pm. You may call, text, or email us to schedule a visit on a weekday.

Masks are required in all common areas of the Northrup King Building!

Studio 214 is located on the 2nd floor in the timber and brick wing of the Northrup King Building.

The quickest way to 214 is through the 1450 Van Buren Street door that has the green awning. We are up one floor from there, just down the hall from Dyan J. Padgett Fine Art and Nickyworks.

The next First Thursday will be on February 3, 5-9 pm.

The NKB is a complex of ten buildings first constructed in 1917 and used by the Northrup King Seed Company. Conversion to artist studios began in the 1980’s and the building now houses over 300 artists, making it the largest home to artist studios, arts businesses and nonprofits in the area.
